We are currently seeking a Temporary Groundworks Labourer to join our Facilities Technical Team to support pothole repair work. Working alongside experienced technicians, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering efficient, high-quality concrete surface repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and executing pothole and surface repairs on site
- Help maintain and clean tools and materials used during repairs
- Follow directions from technical team members and work collaboratively to meet daily targets (up to 5 potholes per day)
- Maintain safe and clean working areas during and after tasks
- Report progress and observations to the Team Lead/Site Supervisor
- Previous experience in groundworks, concrete repair, or general labouring is preferred
- Awareness of health and safety practices on active worksites
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Experience with concrete repair materials and techniques is advantageous
- Previous work on industrial or infrastructure sites is desirable
- Forklift awareness (not essential but beneficial)
