We are currently seeking a Temporary Groundworks Labourer to join our Facilities Technical Team to support pothole repair work. Working alongside experienced technicians, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering efficient, high-quality concrete surface repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and executing pothole and surface repairs on site
  • Help maintain and clean tools and materials used during repairs
  • Follow directions from technical team members and work collaboratively to meet daily targets (up to 5 potholes per day)
  • Maintain safe and clean working areas during and after tasks
  • Report progress and observations to the Team Lead/Site Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in groundworks, concrete repair, or general labouring is preferred
  • Awareness of health and safety practices on active worksites
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive
  • Experience with concrete repair materials and techniques is advantageous
  • Previous work on industrial or infrastructure sites is desirable
  • Forklift awareness (not essential but beneficial)
