Role : Temporary Communications and Engagement Coordinator – Birmingham Salary : £30K (pro rata, paid hourly) Contract length : Now until September Hours : 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday Position Overview : Elevation Recruitment is recruiting for a national utilities company to communicate and engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, building trusting relationships to support the company\’s goals. Responsibilities : Engage digitally with customers regarding the capital programme, prioritizing customer focus. Champion the customer in all capital projects. Create engaging content and communication plans to support the team. Manage paid social media campaigns to raise awareness of local schemes. Develop content supporting customer experience initiatives. Contribute to the overall communication and engagement strategy for the capital programme. Create video content to illustrate the importance of investments. Assist with research and collaborate with agencies. Write content for various channels to showcase investments. Utilize audience insights and measurement tools. Use social media listening tools for customer engagement. Stay updated on industry trends for content opportunities. Identify and escalate potential issues, working with the wider team to address them. Collaborate with the website team to produce web content about capital schemes. Regularly produce internal newsletters to inform colleagues. Support projects within the Brand team with content development. Assist with broader content and copywriting initiatives as needed. Skills and Qualifications : Experience in a communication role. Videography and content creation skills. Experience presenting to groups of varying sizes. Strong relationship-building skills. Experience working in similar roles, either in-house or via agencies. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office and design software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
