Job Description:

The role is based in London, Manchester, or Birmingham with a hybrid working model (2 days a week in the office or client site).

Salary: Up to £80k (including car allowance) + up to 15% bonus

Lorien’s client, a top international consultancy, is hiring multiple Technology Transformation Managers for their Infrastructure Government and Health practice. The role involves applying a strategic technology perspective to client issues, focusing on how technology can address problems and seize opportunities.

The Role:

• Manage development and delivery of IT operating models for clients.
• Develop digital and technology strategies with client teams.
• Advise clients on effective IT operations.
• Collaborate across Connected Technology capabilities to enhance IT services.
• Support clients in digital transformation efforts.
• Identify market trends and develop leverageable products/services.
• Support growth of Tech Strategy & Transformation capabilities and team development.
• Contribute to thought leadership in digital transformation and technology strategy.
• Help clients achieve digital and technology goals.
• Participate in engagement teams, contribute to reports, white papers, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships, addressing senior client needs.
• Provide solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Experience with local or central government, via consultancy or direct.
• Lead workshops on strategy, operating model design, etc.
• Assess and benchmark various technologies.
• Digital experience in areas like technology strategy, IT operating models, cost optimization, digital transformation, and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
• Consulting background with large organizations.
• Passion for emerging technology and its business value.
• Experience with new delivery methods like Agile and DevOps.
