Job Description:

This role involves managing the development and delivery of IT operating models, developing digital and technology strategies, and advising clients on effective IT operations. The position focuses on strategy, requiring an understanding of the broader technological landscape and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage development and delivery of IT operating models.
• Develop digital and technology strategies with client teams.
• Provide credible advice on IT operations.
• Collaborate to improve and transform IT services.
• Support clients during digital transformations.
• Identify market trends and develop leverageable products/services.
• Support growth of the Tech Strategy & Transformation capability.
• Contribute to thought leadership on digital transformation and technology strategy.
• Work as part of engagement teams, supporting business development and thought leadership activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with local or central government (consultancy or direct).
• Experience leading workshops on strategy and operating models.
• Digital experience in technology strategy, operating models, cost optimization, or large-scale digital transformation.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
