We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Identity Specialist with expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft technical administration. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Intune and Entra ID and will be responsible for supporting and securing our identity infrastructure across several high-profile, time-sensitive projects. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure seamless integration and operation of identity services, with a focus on improving current environments and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identity Management: Lead support for transitioning identity services from Active Directory to Entra ID environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Assist with implementing an industry-leading Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool (e.g., SailPoint ISC).
- Technical Administration: Perform general Microsoft administration tasks including troubleshooting and managing changes in existing and new Microsoft tooling.
- Intune Management: Configure and manage Microsoft Intune focusing on device and user management. Design and deliver Intune-related technical solutions aligned with company policies and security standards.
- Entra ID Integration: Implement and manage Entra ID solutions, including user provisioning, access management, and single sign-on (SSO) configurations.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and business units to support identity-related projects and initiatives.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for identity management processes, system configurations, and procedures.
- Support: Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users on identity-related issues.
- Knowledge Sharing: Participate actively in knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring solutions and best practices are communicated effectively.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in identity management, with a strong focus on Entra ID and Azure environments.
- Proficient in Active Directory and Entra ID administration.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Intune configuration and management.
- Experience in Microsoft technical administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices.
- Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk and/or IGA platforms like SailPoint ISC is advantageous.
- General proficiency in Microsoft tooling, PowerShell, KQL, Copilot etc.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Other relevant Microsoft or security certifications
