Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical pre-sales support to clients, serving as the primary point of contact for Penetration Testing scoping engagements.
  • Deliver accurate scoping information to the Sales Team and assist in generating proposals using automated tools.

  • Support the Senior Pre-sales Consultant in reviewing and refining the pre-sales process to improve overall offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey aligned with SLAs.

About you:

  • Previous experience in Pre-sales and/or Technical Client Support within a B2B environment is essential, along with either direct knowledge of Cyber Security/Networks or a strong passion for the field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A positive and customer-centric approach to pre-sales, with a strong understanding of clients' needs and motivations, and the ability to handle objections and overcome barriers.

  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
