Technical Architect – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

We’re looking for a Technical Architect (Dynamics 365 F&O), to work on large, complex projects across public and private sectors—alongside smart, down-to-earth people who genuinely love what they do.

The role:

As a Technical Architect, you’ll own the technical vision on projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. From lifecycle planning and code quality to scalable architecture and client engagement, you’ll help shape technical strategy while mentoring others along the way.

1. Shaping and owning the technical delivery strategy for projects
2. Designing scalable ALM processes that set teams up for success
3. Working closely with solution architects and project leads to align on timelines, expectations, and scope
4. Acting as a go-to for estimating development efforts and solving integration challenges
5. Leading technical teams, nurturing talent, and fostering a quality-driven culture
6. Being the voice of technical authority in key stakeholder conversations
