Tech Lead – Luxury Lifestyle Marketplace

Hands-on / Fast-moving / Ready to lead

Our client is an ambitious, fast-scaling brand that has created a disruptive new luxury lifestyle marketplace . It is a premium digital platform accessible via a sleek app and website.

Now five years in, they’ve built momentum: thousands of loyal customers , strong revenue growth, and a tech product that delivers.

They operate as a lean, efficient team and function like a scrappy, high-ownership startup . They’re seeking a Tech Lead to join the founding team and drive the next stage of growth.

This role is for someone who can build quickly , take ownership of the full stack, and lay the foundations for a future team , while writing production-ready code from day one.

You’ll be:

• Owning and delivering core features across web and mobile app
• Making decisions on architecture, tooling, and infrastructure
• Leading engineering efforts while remaining hands-on in code
• Collaborating closely with the CEO and COO to shape and implement the roadmap
• Preparing to hire and lead an engineering team as the business grows

The stack includes:

• Docker, Infisical (Secrets), Cloudflare, Google Cloud

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• A GitHub profile showcasing strong engineering skills
• Experience working in lean, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• A product mindset and a bias for action
• Experience with premium, luxury, or high-aesthetic brands
• A track record of leading builds or teams — formally or informally
• Ability to work across frontend and backend, with a backend focus
• An ambition to grow into a future Director of Engineering or CTO
