This role involves providing proactive support to the business, primarily assisting the Group Head of Talent Acquisition with key projects, data analysis, and reporting. The position requires creating presentations and monitoring key metrics within the talent department.
Scope of the role: Provide insightful data, suggest strategic improvements, and support talent acquisition efforts.
Location: This role is office-based, requiring on-site presence Monday - Friday (LS12 6DB).
Key Responsibilities:
- Report and analyze talent performance weekly for recruitment and onboarding, including offer analysis and agency spend.
- Manage job board platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Total Jobs), oversee monthly job credit spending, and handle company page management and reviews within 48 hours.
- Advertise vacancies and monitor live vacancy reports.
- Lead monthly Talent Leadership meetings and coordinate arrangements.
- Prepare data and presentations for board and HR meetings, and support talent acquisition projects.
- Track and manage departmental spends monthly.
- Conduct market intelligence and analysis.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers and support recruitment efforts with data provision.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing shared inboxes, queries, and updating trackers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Head of Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of data quality and issue prevention.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Capability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
