The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
To provide proactive support to the business, with prime responsibility to support the Group Head of Talent Acquisition on key projects, supply and analyse data to inform decisions within the function, creation of presentations and monitor key metrics across the talent department.
Scope of the role:
- Provide insightful data and suggest strategic changes and improvements to benefit the function.
- This role is office based and requires you on site Monday - Friday (LS12 6DB).
- Report and analyse Talent performances weekly for both recruitment and onboarding functions.
- Analyse offers and overlay with agency spend.
- Responsible for the job boards platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn and Total Jobs, and managing how job credits are spent each month.
- Company pages to be managed and reviews answered within 48 hours.
- Check and advertise home vacancies against the live vacancy report.
- Lead Monthly Talent Leadership meetings and make any arrangements required.
- Provide all data and presentations for board meetings, HR Leadership meetings and any Talent Acquisition projects.
- Track and manage monthly spends within the function.
- Conduct market intelligence and analysis.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers and support with recruitment efforts across the business as and when required, providing daily/weekly/monthly data to assist.
- Provide support on admin tasks within the talent function including managing shared inboxes, Freshdesk queries, chasing outstanding courses and ensuring all trackers and boards are updated.
- Any other ad hoc duties as determined by Group Head of Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge/experience:
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
- Understanding the importance of quality data and identify any issues with ways of preventing these.
- Able to interpret data sets to provide actionable insight.
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment.
- Effective time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate activities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm and the ability to be a self-starter and work unsupervised.
