Our client is looking for a dynamic Talent Director who will lead the talent management team and oversee the development and representation of digital creators. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent management, a strong network across brands and the ability to strategize and execute career plans that align with clients' goals. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, industry insight, and a passion for nurturing talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the talent management team in identifying, recruiting, and signing top-tier talent
- Develop and implement personalized talent strategies for creators
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including brand partnerships & endorsements, and projects that align with clients' brands
- Explore broadcast, literary, live events, podcast & IP projects for the digital first roster
- Supervise and mentor the talent management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent management, with a proven track record of success in representing high-profile digital creators
