Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, test, develop, and implement technical solutions.
  • Manage changes and ensure efficient operation.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Security.
  • Ensure system availability, performance, and integrity.
  • Align systems with business plans.
  • Establish system management criteria and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in Windows/Linux/Cloud environments.
  • Commitment to uptime.
  • Technical expertise with Windows/Linux Server administration, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, DHCP, DNS, etc.
  • Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Perl, Python).
  • Experience with VMWare virtualization, SAN/NAS.
  • Knowledge of LAN, Routing, Switching, IP Networking, VPN, DNS, VLANs, and Layer 2/3 protocols.

Additional Qualifications

  • VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux Server experience.
  • Automation / Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) experience.
  • Office365, Exchange Online, mail security, and backup solution experience.
