Role: SFA (Surgical First Assistant) Location: London Hours: Full-time Salary: Up to £47,000 A brilliant private hospital based in London is looking for an experienced SFA to join their outstanding team. As a Surgical First Assistant, you will be a fully qualified practitioner with extensive experience in ENT operations. Preparing the patient for surgery. Handling tissue and manipulating organs for access confidently. Using retractors competently under the supervision of the surgeon. Cutting deep sutures and ligatures. Assisting with wound closure where directed. Applying dressings as required. Requirements: You must be an Operating Department Practitioner or Registered Nurse with full NMC/HCPC registration. A Post-graduate qualification as a Surgical First Assistant. At least 6 months of UK experience as a Scrub/SFA. Extensive specialist experience in ENT surgeries.
