Job Description:

The Talent Set is working with a health charity to recruit roles within their fundraising team:

• Community Engagement Officer

These roles focus on engaging supporters, stewarding donors, and promoting campaigns to build relationships and support the charity\’s mission.

Roles include:

Supporter Engagement Officer:

• Engage and support supporters and fundraisers.
• Send thank yous and updates.
• Develop supporter pipeline and support reporting and planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders.

Community Engagement Officer:

• Be the first contact for community fundraisers.
• Support campaigns like matched funding and recurring giving.
• Oversee volunteers and distribute materials.
• Promote campaigns and grow income.

Shared Responsibilities:

• Provide supporter care via various channels.
• Maintain supporter data.
• Coordinate with marketing.
• Create supporter journeys.

Person Specification:

• Experience in supporter care, fundraising, or related fields.
• Ability to use databases effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player, proactive.
• Social media and campaign experience is a plus.
