Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven Supply Chain Executive to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of personal care. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain management, establish scalable processes, and plan production to meet increasing demand. What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily supply chain operations, including planning, production, and DTC fulfillment.
- Manage the supply plan for finished goods and materials, assessing demand forecasts, capacity constraints, lead times, and potential shortages while proactively mitigating risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and warehouses, ensuring best practices and efficient ways of working.
- Track and report inventory through dashboards and analytics, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Tackle operational challenges as they arise, continuously seeking opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Support product launches and manage packaging/ingredient transitions.
- Gain exposure to cross-functional projects, such as new product development initiatives and system implementations.
