Role Overview
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Student Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission—supporting students and working closely with leading universities to provide a seamless application experience. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment and play a key role in shaping the futures of prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Support: Guide students through application processes, from initial inquiry to final submission, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Marketing & Outreach: Plan and implement face-to-face and digital marketing campaigns (especially social media) to promote our services and engage potential applicants.
- Client Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with students and clients, offering expert advice on courses, universities, and the application process.
- Application Preparation: Assist in the preparation of application materials, including CVs and personal statements, and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Institution Liaison: Coordinate with universities and colleges to arrange interviews, provide updates, and streamline the admission process.
- Administration: Perform general office duties such as maintaining records, generating reports, and preparing presentations to support recruitment operations.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor application status and act as the central point of contact for students, staff, and partner institutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- A degree in marketing, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in education, preferably in marketing or student recruitment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
