Strategic Transformation Manager | B2B Technology
We are partnered with a global B2B technology company looking for a strategic and driven Transformation Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of the business. If you thrive on driving change, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning complex challenges into measurable outcomes, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in business evolution on a global scale.
About the Role:
This is a senior-level role focused on delivering strategic change across key business areas. You’ll be responsible for shaping and managing transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business value. Working closely with senior leadership and global teams, you’ll ensure efforts are aligned, risks are mitigated, and progress is consistently tracked and communicated.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are scoped, aligned with business goals, and executed effectively.
- Develop and embed consistent transformation methodologies to support delivery excellence and increased visibility across programmes.
- Guide executive-level steering committees and working groups, surfacing key risks, enabling strong decision-making, and driving accountability.
- Facilitate innovation workshops and strategy sessions to inspire new thinking and refine transformation roadmaps.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and business units.
What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive experience in business transformation, strategy execution, or change management within complex B2B environments—ideally in technology or enterprise services.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from conception through to delivery and optimisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident leadership style with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
- Experience with strategic planning, operating model design, and enterprise-wide change programmes.
- Comfort working across global time zones and a willingness to travel internationally.
Benefits Include:
- Salary band to be disclosed upon candidate qualification
- Bonus up to 10%
- 25 days holiday per year (rising up to a maximum of 30 days)
- Enhanced pension contribution
- Employee Assistance Programme to support overall wellbeing
All candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Ideally we\’re looking for candidates to be based local to London, Manchester, or Leeds.
