We’re hiring a Sales Floor Supervisor with 2+ years of experience in premium or luxury fashion (WRTW/MRTW). The Role: Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and responsible for leading a team of 5 sales associates Open/close the store as a keyholder Support the management team to lead, coach and train the team on the shop floor Lead by example – Styling, up-selling and cross selling to customers Drive personal and team sales targets Deliver exceptional client experiences and CRM engagement Provide training and support to the sales team Maintain visual standards and manage stock flow About You: 2+ years’ experience in premium/luxury fashion as a supervisor or SNR Sales Consultant ready to step up Confident, polished, and sales-driven Time management Strong initiative with team leadership / coaching skills Passionate about fashion, trends, and sustainability Client-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills UK work rights required.
