We are delighted to be partnering with a mid-sized furniture retailer. Operating several showrooms in Central London, we are now looking to secure a "best in class" Store Manager for one of their flagship Central London sites. Our client is vertically integrated, designing and developing all their handcrafted products in Europe. They offer innovative products with patent-developed features, considered peer-leading.
We seek a Store Manager with extensive experience in the furniture industry (we will also consider managers from other product sectors). This is a destination store, offering considered purchases. Experience in converting visitors into customers and liaising/selling to Interior Designers is advantageous.
You will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, staff training, leadership, and development. Fostering client loyalty with a customer-centric attitude and using business metrics to drive performance is essential. This organization is growing rapidly and encourages employees to use their autonomy to develop their skills.
