We are seeking a Senior Leadership Development Consultant to design and facilitate impactful experiences for senior leadership teams, support leadership development initiatives, and provide executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into learning programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development programs.
  • Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
  • Providing executive coaching and feedback using CORE assessments.
  • Creating new programs leveraging existing building blocks.
  • Building professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management approaches.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in designing and facilitating team meetings.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools.
  • Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
