About the role:
- We offer a £2,000 training allowance in the first year for role-specific training tailored to your needs.
- This role provides an opportunity to develop our Speech and Language Therapy services, working alongside the Lead Clinician, Clinical Locality Lead, and Head of Speech and Language Therapy.
- We seek a candidate with experience in preventative interventions at a systems level and a whole school approach (we consider newly qualified clinicians).
- The role involves collaborating with education staff and other clinicians to maximize impact for students.
- You will manage a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation, supported by our Clinical Team.
- The role suits a resilient, enthusiastic individual with a creative therapeutic approach and good decision-making skills.
- You will also provide training and information to staff, commissioners, and agencies.

Requirements:
- Speech and Language Therapy degree
- Registered with HCPC and RCSLT or RCOT
- 1-2 years experience as a fully registered RCSLT member in a similar setting
- Clear, concise report writing skills
- Ability to work independently under supervision
- Experience with multi-professional teams
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
