Our client, a highly regarded law firm recognized in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate with a strong background in Regulatory Healthcare law. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a successful team on fascinating and rewarding cases, with an optional hybrid working setup.

The team represents a diverse range of clients including:

• Insurers
• Royal Colleges
• Medical / Dental Defence Organisations
• Individual Regulated Professionals

The responsibilities include handling cases related to fitness to practice (defending professionals before regulators such as GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS, etc.), MHPS proceedings, Inquests, CQC, Judicial Review, and medico-legal advisory work.
