Our client, a highly regarded law firm recognized in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking to recruit an Associate / Senior Associate with a strong background in regulatory healthcare law. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and friendly team that handles a diverse range of fascinating and rewarding work from an optional hybrid setup.

The team acts for a wide range of clients including:

• Insurers
• Royal Colleges
• Medical / Dental Defence Organisations
• Individual Regulated Professionals

The role involves work such as fitness to practise (defending professionals before regulators like GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS), MHPS proceedings, Inquests, CQC, Judicial Review, and medico-legal advisory work.
