Our client, a highly regarded law firm recognized in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking to recruit an Associate / Senior Associate with a strong background in Regulatory Healthcare law. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and friendly team that works with a diverse range of clients, including insurers, royal colleges, medical/dental defence organizations, and regulated professionals.

The role involves handling a variety of work such as fitness to practise cases (defending professionals before regulators like GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS), MHPS proceedings, inquests, CQC matters, judicial review, and medico-legal advisory work.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience in:

• Professional Discipline
• Defendant Clinical Negligence

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid or remote setup.
