Our client, a highly regarded law firm recognized in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking to recruit an Associate / Senior Associate with a strong background in regulatory healthcare law. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and friendly team that handles a diverse range of cases, offering an optional hybrid working setup.

The team acts for clients including:

• Insurers
• Royal Colleges
• Medical / Dental Defence Organisations
• Individual Regulated Professionals

The role involves a variety of work such as:

• Fitness to Practise (defending professionals before regulators like GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS)
• MHPS proceedings
• Inquests
• CQC
• Judicial Review
• Medico-legal advisory work

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Professional Discipline
• Defendant Clinical Negligence
