This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and friendly team, working on fascinating and rewarding cases in a flexible hybrid setup.

The team acts for a diverse range of clients, including:

• Insurers
• Royal Colleges
• Medical / Dental Defence Organisations
• Individual Regulated Professionals

The role involves a variety of work, such as:

• Fitness to Practise (defending professionals before regulators like GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS)
• MHPS proceedings
• Inquests
• CQC matters
• Judicial Review
• Medico-legal advisory work

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Professional Discipline
• Defendant Clinical Negligence
