Testers required in the UK, London Based Client. Our client is looking for a large number of Technology Testers and are considering both Contract and Permanent resources, and the rate/salary is totally dependent on your experience, from 3 years to 30 years.
The requirements are as follows:
- Manual Testers / QA Analysts & Automation Testing
- Execute test cases manually. Focus on UI/UX, functionality, user stories, and regression.
- Tools: Excel, TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, Quality Center.
- Create and execute automated test scripts. Improve test coverage, speed up regression cycle.
- Tools: UFT (Unified Functional Testing) – enterprise tool for functional/regression testing (VBScript), Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, TestComplete, Ranorex, Robot Framework.
- Ideally Developer-tester hybrid. Write testing frameworks and also contribute to production code.
- Build integration and end-to-end automation pipelines.
- Simulates real-world load and stress on systems. Ensures system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload.
- Verify that software functions as per business requirements.
- Focus on ensuring different modules/components interact correctly. Test APIs, databases, and service flows.
- Simulate attacks to find vulnerabilities. CEH, OSCP, CISSP certifications an advantage.
- Scan systems for known vulnerabilities. Collaborate with SecOps and DevSecOps teams.
- Test software from a secure coding perspective. Ensure compliance with secure development standards (OWASP Top 10, etc.).
- Oversee testing across multiple teams and or products. Handle stakeholder communication, budget, vendor selection, and process compliance.
- Design testing frameworks, strategies, and toolchains. Advise on choosing tools (e.g., UFT vs Selenium) and scaling automation.
- Validate REST/SOAP APIs for functionality, reliability, security. Focus on mobile app quality across Android/iOS devices.
- Manual and automation testing using Appium, XCUITest, TestFairy.
- Ensures accurate data flow, transformation, and validation in data pipelines. Works with SQL, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Snowflake.
- Test models for accuracy, bias, and performance. Involves validating model predictions, fairness, and ethical AI compliance.
