About the role
Our Digital and Social Trainee Programme is an entry point for building a career in digital campaigning and communications, combining training with on-the-job learning. We value curiosity, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude. You will receive structured training and hands-on experience working on impactful campaigns.
You will join a supportive team, learning social media strategy, influencer engagement, content creation, and digital mobilization, contributing to meaningful projects.
What you’ll learn and do
This role offers exposure to projects with innovative non-profits, including:
- Paid and organic social: Building and managing social campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, analyzing data to optimize performance.
- Influencer campaigns: Working with influencers to develop authentic, values-driven campaigns.
- Content development: Collaborating with the studio team on ideas, scripts, videos, and graphics.
- Insights and strategy: Using research tools to understand audiences, track trends, and craft effective strategies.
