We are a leading Social-first agency helping global brands, household names, and high-growth scale-ups accelerate their business growth. Having recently won Best Large Social Agency in the UK and continued growth, we are now looking to take on a Social Creative. Our service offering includes: Organic Social, Paid, Creative and Influencer. We are a team of 70+ across London, Bath, New York and Miami, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry-leading campaigns.

Here are some important things:

  • Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week - although there is the option to work from the office more if you prefer. Our team loves working collaboratively, but also likes the option and balance of working from home.
  • Benefits Package: Enhanced maternity and paternity. Collaboration with Bupa & Perkbox grants you access to a spectrum of health services, discounts, benefits, and perks. Additional day off for your birthday, and kickstart a healthier commute with our cycle-to-work scheme.
  • Flexible hours: Some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some people starting at 8am and getting to finish up earlier! We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.

We are committed to equality of opportunity for all. We welcome applications from individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, or disability status. We want to support diverse and inclusive work environments and are actively looking for people who share our values.

As a Social Creative, you will lead our client's social-first video and creative strategy, connecting them closer to culture and trends to drive their social growth on (primarily) TikTok and Instagram. This role will involve ideation, planning, art direction and mobile-first shooting for both BAU content and social campaigns. You will also have 1-2 team members who report directly to you, and you will report directly to our Social Creative Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideation of social-first content, both BAU and large campaigns.
  • Writing full briefs and scripts for our production team to shoot.
  • Leading on shoots from an art direction perspective, ensuring our briefs land exactly how you envisaged them at the planning stage.
  • Self-shooting mobile-first video from time to time.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure you understand their brand and can bring their identity to life on social.
  • Nurturing a team of 1-2 content execs, who you will support from day-to-day line management (weekly 1:1s, monthly 1:1s) and help support their training and growth.
  • Support on pitches from time to time, showcasing your creative ideas.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Social/Creative role.
  • A passion for and up-to-date understanding of social trends and pop culture.
  • Base-level experience of editing on Premiere Pro.
  • You bring raw creativity to everything you touch, whether that be BAU content or campaigns.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working within their direct team and the wider marketing organisation.
  • You know what content performs on social.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
