The Role:

As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new SMB customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will be selling our SaaS solution to decision-makers within small and medium-sized businesses, helping them understand the value of our platform and how it can support their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business deals.
  • Identify and engage potential SMB customers through outbound and inbound strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Understand customer pain points and position our SaaS solution as the ideal fit.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an SMB environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively position solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
