We are seeking an experienced SRE Lead to drive observability initiatives, enhance system reliability, and support engineering teams. This role requires strong expertise in AWS, monitoring tools, DevOps practices, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SRE best practices and observability strategy
- Oversee monitoring tools (Datadog preferred, CloudWatch, New Relic, etc.)
- Work with AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, VPC, etc.)
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Nexus)
- Develop scripts in Python/Shell for automation
- Collaborate with product teams to improve system performance
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
