Join us as a Shift Manager. Be part of a team that prioritises customers. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop in the absence of the Manager, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers via in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru, and you'll ensure they have a brilliant experience whether in-store or online.

Typical shift responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards.
  • Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
  • Ensuring displays are stocked and the shop is clean and presentable.
