ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant

Working within an industry-leading IT Service Management consultancy, you will be involved in a range of ServiceNow implementation projects, both working as part of a team and, when required, individually. Depending on the scope and scale of the project, you will be responsible for specific module development or end-to-end implementation, from initial scoping and advising customers on potential solutions, through delivery, and into training and hand-over to internal teams. Additional training will be provided as required.

The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of ITSM tools and ITIL fundamentals, with hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, preferably with consultancy experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem. ServiceNow-specific accreditations such as System Administration (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (CIS) across multiple product lines are preferred. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to appear credible and knowledgeable in front of clients. Experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations across various clients is advantageous but not mandatory. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with ServiceNow development expertise to join a highly respected team of consultants and developers.
