You will manage your own caseload of serious injury matters, primarily multi-track claims, and support senior colleagues on complex, high-value catastrophic cases. The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a driven and empathetic solicitor or legal executive with strong experience in claimant personal injury work. You will be confident managing multi-track matters independently while contributing to complex catastrophic injury cases involving brain, spinal cord, amputation, or chronic pain injuries. A commitment to client care and a collaborative approach to working are essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of serious injury multi-track claims and lower-value matters where required. Work closely with senior colleagues on high-value catastrophic injury claims. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the firmโs case management system. Engage in training, development, and continuous legal education. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the autonomy to choose your work setting. Regular office attendance is not mandatory but occasional visits, around 1-2 days per week or fortnight, are expected.
