- Experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic modeling

Daily responsibilities:
- Leading projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
- Developing recommendations, managing risks and client expectations
- Reviewing deliverables and signing off on reports
- Managing client relationships and acting as subject matter expert
- Mentoring staff and fostering team development
- Strategic planning and resource management
- Process development for team operations
- Effective communication and conflict resolution
