What You\’ll Be Doing:

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of UX design experience with enterprise-grade digital products in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in UX research, including user journey mapping and usability testing.
• Advanced skills in interaction design, visual design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• A creative, user-focused approach balancing aesthetics and functionality.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging UX trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working closely with developers, with technical understanding.
• Relevant degree in UX, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or related field.
