This multinational FTSE100 giant holds a key position in several markets. With operations in every continent, it delivers branded products and high-value commodities to multinational corporate customers worldwide. The Global Tax Team is recruiting a senior transfer pricing professional in London. This leadership role oversees the Americas, Europe & Africa regions. London serves as the Regional HQ for Europe & Africa, while Montreal is the global HQ for a major division and the Regional HQ for the Americas. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in both locations, with direct reports in each.
This role focuses on optimizing transfer pricing strategies and providing strategic advisory support to global operations. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing transfer pricing models for various product groups
- Adapting to global changes such as tariffs and economic challenges
- Managing audit risks
- Assessing tax certainty strategies like ICAPs and APAs
- Overseeing business footprint changes
- Developing frameworks for recharging new services and IP strategies
- Focusing on strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and fostering partnerships with tax authorities to optimize transfer pricing efficiency through delegation and automation
Additional responsibilities:
- Develop transfer pricing strategies, including risk analysis and commercial decision-making
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies (with advisor support)
- Monitor BEPS developments and advise internally
- Communicate legislative changes and practices in transfer pricing
- Support transfer pricing audits, including response strategy development
- Lead on Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP)
- Implement transfer pricing projects
About you:
- Minimum of 8 years transfer pricing experience
- Professionally trained, ideally Big 4 or Top Tier
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a complex multinational environment
