This role is to support the launch of their new AI & ML tool to their existing client base. You’ll be joining a product team of 6 and they want someone to take full ownership of it. As the key member of the product team, you’ll help shape and scale their cloud-based platform used globally by firms in architecture, construction, and engineering. Due to the technical nature of the product this role is ideally suited to someone who has extensive experience in similar Technical Product Manager roles and ideally also a technical background such as a computer science degree (or related) and/or hands-on engineering experience although it’s not a requirement. What You’ll Do Define and deliver product strategy across platform and AI teams, balancing business needs with technical feasibility. Translate complex requirements into actionable work , partnering with engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. Lead discussions on architecture and technical trade-offs , ensuring alignment with long-term product goals. Collaborate across teams , aligning platform capabilities with wider product objectives. Drive agile delivery , overseeing backlog management, sprint planning, and execution. What You’ll Bring Significant experience of product management experience with a strong technical foundation (e.g. Computer Science degree or engineering background). A track record of delivering SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or platform products in B2B. Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS), APIs, and modern software development practices. Familiarity with MLOps, AI/ML (including generative AI), microservices, CI/CD and system monitoring. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration. Tools & Technologies Some of the technologies used in the team include: Python, Java, AWS, Docker, Terraform, OpenSearch, MySQL, Bedrock, Claude, GitHub Actions, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
