Workplace Design & Build - Technical Designer - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Our valued client is a well-renowned Workplace D&B Studio based in London. They have recently won an exciting, large-scale project in Greater London. This project will span over 6 levels, including a new staircase, platform lift, toilets, showers, as well as office, café, and showroom areas. A real mixed-use project!
Aside from being comfortable in creating fully coordinated design/construction packs for these proposed works, you will also have strong Building Control knowledge to support the internal team. You will be required to attend site meetings for both contractors and client meetings, where you will contribute proactively to discussions. There may be occasions during the construction process to support the client and greater team on any ongoing design changes that may arise, in terms of planning and design decisions.
AutoCAD 2025 is a must-have skill; REVIT is an advantage.
