About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Strategy Projects Manager will develop and lead the strategic planning for the group, managing projects and research initiatives to achieve strategic goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape corporate strategy, oversee planning cycles, and evaluate new business opportunities, both organic and acquisition-led. You will bring commercial insight, creativity, and a proactive approach to strategic execution in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities and supporting business units.
- Manage the Strategic & Commercial Committee, including agenda setting and insight preparation.
- Maintain a centralized view of business development activities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and horizon scanning.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams on modeling and analysis for deals.
- Track strategic KPIs and support delivery across teams.
- Manage a small team translating strategies into outcomes.
