The Employment group is seeking a talented Solicitor with 7+ years PQE to join and support their expanding client base, which includes many blue-chip organizations. Boyes Turnerβs Employment team is ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500, with partners recognized as experts in their field. The team is innovative and committed to developing its services through modern technologies.
Experience/Attributes required:
- Broad understanding of employment law principles and experience in all aspects of employment law.
- Experience in Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal litigation.
- Experience supporting corporate transactions, including due diligence, TUPE, and advising on warranties and indemnities.
- Excellent drafting, legal analysis, communication skills, and employment law knowledge.
- Willingness to engage in marketing and business development activities.
- Ability to apply law with commercial insight and provide client viewpoints.
- Experience in training seminars and workshops is advantageous.
