The Employment group is seeking a talented Solicitor with 7+ years PQE to join and support their expanding client base, which includes many blue-chip organizations. Boyes Turner’s Employment team is ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500, with partners recognized as experts in their field. The team is innovative and committed to developing its services through modern technologies.

Experience/Attributes required:

  • Broad understanding of employment law principles and experience in all aspects of employment law.
  • Experience in Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal litigation.
  • Experience supporting corporate transactions, including due diligence, TUPE, and advising on warranties and indemnities.
  • Excellent drafting, legal analysis, communication skills, and employment law knowledge.
  • Willingness to engage in marketing and business development activities.
  • Ability to apply law with commercial insight and provide client viewpoints.
  • Experience in training seminars and workshops is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle high-profile cases independently and work with clients.
  • Leadership skills for managing and developing junior staff.
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Proactive in promoting team services and identifying sales opportunities.
