Responsibilities include: Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations. Acting as the main technical adviser on site for specialist subcontractors, including groundworks and concrete frame contractor. Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site; QA, temporary works checks, coordination. Checking plans and drawings and coordinating setting out. Calling off reinforcement from schedules and reading reinforcement drawings. Maintaining detailed records of QA inspections. Ensuring materials and work comply with specifications. Requirements: A Degree or HND in engineering or relevant discipline. At least 6 years of postgraduate experience. Experience in setting out structures exceeding £10M. Experience in reinforcement calling off and reading reinforcement drawings. Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations. Excellent communication and planning skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
