Senior Security Analyst – OT/SCADA Systems, London

Harrington Starr is seeking a Senior Security Analyst with experience in OT/SCADA systems to join a small specialist security team. The role involves securing critical infrastructure systems within the energy sector, including renewables.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a global company\’s technical and strategic security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. OT & IT Security Monitoring: Continuously monitor the security of OT and IT environments, including SCADA and ICS systems.
2. Governance and Compliance: Ensure all OT systems adhere to standards such as NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, OG86, NERC-CIP, SOCI, NIST-CSF, and NIS2.
3. Threat Hunting and Incident Response: Proactively identify threats and respond to security incidents.
4. Collaboration: Work with IT Security and other technology teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years in a cybersecurity role with exposure to OT security.
• Knowledge of NIST and IEC 62443 OT frameworks.
• Wider IT security experience, including Microsoft security stack, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of NERC CIP and/or SOCI standards is advantageous.
