As a Senior Sales Associate in their Mayfair flagship boutique, you will be a key member of the team, with a natural ability to engage clients and style, generating significant sales and contributing to the team’s success. The Role: Conducting daily 1:1 appointments with new and existing clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including VIPs and celebrities Demonstrating a deep understanding of styling, tailoring needs, and lookbook curations Exceeding sales targets and KPIs, both individually and as a team Possessing strong knowledge of products, collections, and brand campaigns Working closely with other Senior Sales Associates to coach, train, and motivate sales staff Using cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales Ensuring the boutique environment reflects the luxury image of the brand at all times About You: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a luxury womenswear brand Strong experience with styling and look curation Proven track record of exceeding targets Immaculate presentation and polished demeanor Excellent verbal and written English Deep understanding of luxury sales, current market trends, and industry news Warm, personable, and humble The Package: Basic salary of £38,000 per annum Excellent commission structure and earning potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
