Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of customer care, aligned with the brand\’s specific service standards.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock the store as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve brand and store objectives.
- Adhere to Balmain policies and procedures.
- Manage the stock room efficiently to support sales activities.
- Conduct weekly inventories and stock takes to minimize stock loss.
- Handle back-of-house activities and stock room administration.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in a similar role within a luxury couture house; experience at Harrods is a plus.
- Familiarity with luxury brand service standards and a client book of potential high-net-worth clients.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Professional communication skills with management and colleagues.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
