A national professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Resilience Manager to lead the development and implementation of a firmwide resilience framework. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to shape critical business continuity and incident response strategies at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a robust, outcomes-focused resilience and continuity framework.
- Map critical services and ensure recovery capabilities meet defined tolerances.
- Govern identification and mitigation of operational vulnerabilities.
- Lead incident response activities, including coordination of out-of-hours support.
- Develop playbooks and testing regimes for critical services.
- Partner with IT and business units to enhance disaster recovery preparedness.
