Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Interior Recruitment Consultant. Recruitment Consultant will be in charge of their own desk as well as clients, with the assistance of 2 junior recruiters, and 2 admin assistants for certificates and reference checks. Your role will involve: Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to successful placements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Offering career guidance and support candidates with their career progression. Keeping up-to-date with yachting industry trends and expanding your professional network. Requirements Background in yacht crew recruitment is a must! Strong communicational and people skills. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of service for both clients and candidates. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to ever changing requirements. Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented person. Preference for candidates based in the UK, EU or SA time zones Unlimited earning potential with a base salary plus commissions on placements and new leads. Quarterly incentives, and target based end of the year bonus. Working from the comfort of your own home. And many more to be discussed directly. Start date ideally by July 1st or sooner.
