Job Description:

Location: Office based in London for 6-9 months for onboarding and visa application prior to a supported relocation to Melbourne.

Position: Senior Delivery Consultant/Recruitment Consultant: Melbourne/Hybrid

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for delivering quality candidates to high-profile clients, working on both permanent and contract assignments across Europe and beyond.

We distinguish between Recruitment and Business Development as separate skill sets, which enhances effectiveness. Our growth figures support this approach.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Define recruitment strategies and utilize various methods such as job boards, networking, direct recruitment, and social media to find talented candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and grow a strong industry network.
• Use applicant tracking software to manage resumes and candidates, supporting full cycle recruitment.
• Represent Planet Pharma proactively to industry contacts and stakeholders.
• Support and train junior team members, maintaining high standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a Recruiter within the Life Science/Pharma industry with proven high performance.
• Driven, hardworking, and ambitious.
• Innovative with a positive attitude, eager to improve services and processes.
• A team player who thrives in collaboration.
