So, who are we looking for? An experienced professional. We’re seeking an individual with experience in a similar property management role and the ability to form excellent professional relationships. Someone with an eye for detail. Property is a fast-paced sector, so we need a person who can work quickly and accurately on our IT systems, with excellent spelling and grammar. An engaging communicator. We’re looking for someone who can build excellent rapport with both our residents and our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service. You will possess a MTPI professional property qualification.

And what will you be doing? No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with:
- You’ll have a background in Residential Property Management and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strategically work efficiently and accurately across multiple systems while managing complex issues.
- You’ll be confident in building a strong rapport with residents, contractors, and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
- You will hold an MTPI qualification (or be working towards one).
- Oversee a portfolio of developments, ensuring high standards and smooth operations.
- Manage all aspects of property management, from onboarding new developments to overseeing ongoing maintenance and compliance.
- Financial Management: Set and monitor yearly budgets, ensure service charge collections, and agree on year-end accounts.
- Plan and oversee major works, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Ensure all properties adhere to the latest health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, leaseholders, and clients, ensuring queries and issues are resolved professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular site visits, attend resident meetings, and proactively address any issues to maintain property standards.
