Role : Senior Construction Project Manager

Our Client: Our client is an Irish-owned Cost & Project Management Consultancy and is recognised as one of Ireland’s leading project management practices, with a name for being able to anticipate and successfully resolve their client’s problems. Working on projects up to €300,000,000 in value, they turn their hand to a diverse range of sectors, from Residential through to Education, Medical, Data Centres, Commercial & Fitout.

The Role: Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their talented and successful team. Having secured a hyperscale Data Centre in Derry, they are looking to secure a seasoned Project Manager to be based on site. As such, some experience in working on Data Centres, including defining project scope & objectives, creating and coordinating project schedules, managing Contractors/Subcontractors, Design Teams, & Clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, is required.

Requirements:

• Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management
• 5+ Years in a Project Management position
• Experience in client-facing roles needed
• Must have a track record in delivering projects from planning through to hand-over
• Previous exposure to managing teams
• Should understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationships
• Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.
